Established in February 2014, SSAS Reviews has been providing accurate and efficient technical and administrative support to Small Self Administered Schemes for the past 9 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SSAS Reviews has held suitable Professional Indemnity Insurance for the services it provides since March 2014 and is a full Member of the Association of Member Directed Pension Schemes (AMPS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Phil<\/strong><\/a> – SSAS Specialist and Head of Operations<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

After graduating in 2010 with a BA (Hons) in Accounting from Sheffield Hallam University, Phil took up his first role in Pensions as an Administrator for Hornbuckle Mitchell’s SIPP Audit Review and Maintenance Team. Phil quickly progressed through various SIPP administration roles before taking the opportunity to join Hornbuckle Mitchell’s SSAS Team at the end of 2011.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– 2012-13 Phil spent 9 months working as a Trainee IFA for Phillip Bates & Co Financial Services Limited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– 2013-14 Phil spent 11 months as a SSAS Account Manager working in James Hay’s Manchester office and when they centralised their SSAS Administration to Bristol, he seized the opportunity and established SSAS Reviews.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As well as holding an Undergraduate Degree in Accounting, Phil is an Associate member of the Institute of Financial Accountants, a Diploma member of the Personal Finance Society and holds the Diploma in Pension Trusteeship from the Pension Management Institute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maria – Head of New Business<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Maria has been with SSAS Reviews since it incorporated and heads up our New Business Team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maria holds the Award in Life and Pensions Foundations with the Chartered Insurance Institute and is working towards the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Heidi – SSAS Team Manager<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Heidi started her career in finance working as an adviser for Skipton Building Society in October 2014, she then spent 4 years in administration at Willis Towers Watson before making the move over to SSAS Reviews in September 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Heidi is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a Certificate member of the Chartered Insurance Institute and is working towards the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
